Nigerian Union members and Government officials shake hands on the deal.
The anger is over. The strike is scheduled to end tomorrow. Nigeria government and Nigeria Unions agree on a compromise price increase for petrol and gas, of N97.00 (Naira) as opposed to the inital rise of N164.00.
The strike and protests have been called off.
Deregulation of the petroleum sector will continue albeit at a more cautious pace.
