Too much vit D3 is dangerous and poisonous but no-one knows what is too much or what is too little in the medical world.

“Past attempts to define “normal” circulating 25(OH)D were seriously flawed. To properly define “normal” 25(OH)D status in humans, it makes more sense to measure 25(OH)D in “healthy subjects” who are sunbathers, fieldworkers, construction workers, or other individuals who work outside, who are not overly clothed, and who are without sunblock. Humans did not evolve in today’s sun-shy culture, so “normal” with respect to circulating 25(OH)D levels should not be defined by the current average or median population level. In sun-rich environments where clothing or cultural practices do not prevent sun exposure, circulating 25(OH)D ranges from 135 to 225 nmol/L (54–90 µg/L) (1,14,15). Thus, we must be very careful how we define “normal” or adequate or sufficient with respect to circulating 25(OH)D.”

“They say that serum concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) is the best indicator of vitamin D status.

They tell you the higher your 25-hydroxyvitamin D, the better . Maybe for the Euro-amero so-called whites. But definitely not for AAs, not for Africans and not for the Indians, Arabs and the East Asians. High 25-hydroxyvitamin D is a killer…

Now Melaninated people, read below and now think twice before you run off to the next corner drug store to buy your vitamin D fix:

High Levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and AAs:

“Higher levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D seem to be positively correlated with aorta and carotid CP in African Americans but not with coronary CP. These results contradict what is observed in individuals of European descent”. One study found an elevated risk of ischaemic heart disease in Southern India in individuals whose vitamin D levels were above 89 ng/mL

Freedman et al. (2010) have found that serum vitamin D correlates in African Americans, but not in Euro-Americans, with calcified atheroscleratic plaque.

“…there is evidence to suggest that dietary vitamin D may be carried by lipoprotein particles into cells of the artery wall and atherosclerotic plaque, where it may be converted to active form by monocyte-macrophages.

These findings raise questions regarding the effects of vitamin D intake on atherosclerotic calcification and cardiovascular risk.” meaning heart diseases,…anemias, bad blood circulation, cardio (heart) vascular (arteries, veins, and capillaries)…

Vitamin D3 is used to fortify milk, and milk products all across North America.

North America has the highest rate of Cardio-Vascular diseases. It is one of the biggest killerof Blacks in America.
